The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024, for the offence under sections 308(4), 308(5), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri S. Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. On 13.10.2024 at about 6:10 P.M., rangdari was demanded from the informant. Rangdari was demanded by mobile phone. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding rangdari does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that co-accused Himanshu Tiwari has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.67 of 2025. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S. Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur or his successor, in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
