This application has been filed by applicants for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No.1756 of 2024, State Vs. Sunil Sharma and another, arising out of Case Crime No.169 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, arising out of cognizance/summoning order dated 13.9.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khura, Bulandshahr in charge sheet dated 2.4.2024, Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahr. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that ends of justice would be served in the event, the applicants are permitted to appear before the court concerned in accordance with the Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts in the State of Uttar Pradesh, 2020. He submits that in pursuance to the order dated 30.5.2025, the applicants are appearing before the court concerned through video conferencing. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of with the direction that the applicants may be permitted to appear before the court concerned in accordance with Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts in the State of Uttar Pradesh, 2020. However, the court concerned would be at liberty to summon the applicants to appear in person by passing reasoned and speaking order. 6.
