Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jaldega P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2) 121(1), 122(2), 125, 281, 61(2), 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 15 of Jharkhand Bovine Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega. 3. On 24.12.2024, an Alto Car bearing registration no. JH 01CJ 0776 tried to overrun the police barricade. However, vehicle was intercepted and the petitioners and co-accused persons were apprehended. It appears that one constable Vijay Bahadur Singh sustained injury in his hand. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that apart from the fact that the accused persons were trying to run away after damaging the barricade and causing injury to one police personnel, there is no allegation against them. 5. Mrs. Priya Shrestha, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega in connection with Jaldega P.S.
