He, however, submits that the FSL report has not yet been received and the same is delaying the further examination of two incomplete witnesses i.e. PW-1 and PW-7. 2. The Court, therefore, directs the concerned Investigating Officer (IO) to ensure that the aforesaid FSL report is produced before the concerned Court with due expedition.
