The following prayer has been made in the instant writ petition :- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in any manner with regard to the possession and ownership of land namely Plot No.210 measuring area 0.482 hectare situated in Village Chauri, Tehsil-Sahjanwa, District- Gorakhpur belonging to the school." 2. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the written instructions received from District Magistrate, Gorakhpur and alongwith which an order dated 20.11.2023 passed by District Magistrate, Gorakhpur has been annexed in support of the plea that the subject land was duly resumed. 3. A copy of the written instructions has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. He prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the resumption order. 5.
