The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the de-facto complainant, the respondent-Police sent summons to the petitioner for enquiry. No harassment is made out as against the petitioner. It is the duty of the petitioner to co-operate with the respondent-Police for enquiry/investigation. 4.
