Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank. 2. It is to be noted that the petitioner has four loan accounts with the respondent Bank and the total amount due against the petitioner in all four accounts is Rs.49,90,000/-. Earlier, an order dated July 4, 2025 has been passed by this Court in Writ-C No.18677 of 2025, which also has been filed by the petitioner herein, for making payment for all the four accounts in installments. 3. Accordingly, the recovery proceedings against the petitioner in the present case is also stayed for the period as mentioned in the order dated July 4, 2025 passed in Writ-C No.18677 of 2025. We make it clear that in case of default by the petitioner in making payment as directed in the order dated July 4, 2025, it will be open for the respondents to start recovery proceedings against the petitioner. 4.
