Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:101085-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 20448 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rajesh Kumar Paliwal Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shyam Murari Upadhyay Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Shiv Prakash Gupta Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to command the Sachiv/Special Executive Officer, Meerut Developement Authority, Meerut-respondent no.2 to execute the registered sale deed in favor of the petitioner, in connection with House/Flat No.Q-283-IInd, Pallavpuram, District Meerut, on the basis of old allotted value of the Flat. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of depositing entire outstanding amount against the allotment of flat in the year 1988, till date the Meerut Development Authority has not executed the sale deed in favor of the petitioner of the flat in question. 4. Learned counsel for Meerut Development Authority, on instructions, states that at present the entire amount has already been realised by the Meerut Development Authority and in case the petitioner approaches for execution of sale deed alongwith requisite stamp duty, the sale deed would be executed at the earliest. 5. Considering the factual situation, we are not inclined to keep the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to Meerut Development Authority that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no.2 within three weeks' time and deposits the stamp duty, the sale deed of the flat in question be executed in favour of petitioner within one week thereafter.
