This application has been filed with prayer to direct the learned court below to accept a personal bond and two sureties in one case and the said personal bond and sureties may be treated to be valid in all other cases mentioned below:- i. Case Crime No. 472 of 2011, under Section 392 I.P.C., Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra in which the applicant is on bail and is pending before Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 13, Agra. ii. Case Crime No. 445 of 2011, under Section 392 I.P.C., Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra in which the applicant is on bail and is pending before Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 13, Agra. iii. Case Crime No. 239 of 2012, under Section 395, 412, 120- B/34 I.P.C., Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra in which Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Suvash Ram Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Adil @ Hathi .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) the applicant is on bail and is pending before Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 12, Agra. iv. Case Crime No. 301 of 2012, under Section 307 I.P.C. and 12 DAA Act, Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra in which the applicant is on bail and is pending before Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 13, Agra. v. Case Crime No. 2703972 of 2012, under Section 25 Arms Act, Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra in which the applicant is on bail and is pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra. vi. Case Crime No. 230 of 2015, under Section 380, 457, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Chhata, District Agra in which the applicant is on bail and is pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Agra. vi. Case Crime No. 165 of 2017, under Section 380, 457, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Agra in which the applicant is on bail and is pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Agra. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been granted bail in above 7 cases. He prays for that a direction be issued to the court concerned to accept a personal bone and two sureties in one case and same shall hold good in remaining other cases. 5. Learned A.G.A. has no objection in the above submission. 6. Keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the factual argument and the judgment and order dated 29.10.2018 of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh passed in Petition (s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 8914-8915/2018, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met in NA528 No. 19656 of 2025 2 case applicant is directed to submit two sureties and a personal bond to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in one case and the same shall be considered by the Court concerned as sureties and bonds in other case(s) for the purpose of releasing the applicant on bail. 6.
