It is stated in the application that the delay is not intentional. 3. Considering the fact that there is delay of 35 days in filing the restoration application and it is not opposed by the contesting non- applicant, the application is allowed. The application stands disposed of. M. C. A. STAMP NO. 19452 OF 2025 (FOR RESTORATION) Heard. 2. This application is filed for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed in default for non removal of office objection. 3. Since we have condoned the delay in filing the application for restoration and the fact that the application is not opposed by the contesting non-applicants, the application is allowed subject to 2025:BHC-NAG:14736-DB 109-CAO-1196-2025.odt 2 condition that the office objection be removed within a period of two weeks from today.
