From perusal of the application dated 20.12.2022, it appears that it is a private dispute between the petitioner and one Paras Nath Sharma son of Raj Nath Sharma. No mandamus can be issued for deciding private dispute between the parties. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
