The present petition seeks to assail an order dated 22nd April, 2025 passed by the respondent no.2 whereby the application of the petitioner for cancellation of the marriage certificate of respondent no.3 has been rejected. 3. Counsel appearing for the State-respondents points out that against the aforesaid order, there is remedy of an appeal. 4. Counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid position.
