At the outset, Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. submits that the applicant had earlier filed an Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.9091 of 2025 (Om Prakash vs. State of U.P. and another) for quashing the proceedings of the present case as well as the summoning order dated 13.11.2024. The said application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 21.3.2025. The said fact has not been disclosed in the present application. The present application is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone. 3. At this stage, Sri Bhishm Pal Singh, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Certified copy, if any, be returned to the counsel for the applicant as per the Rules of the Court.
