1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:
“...a) ISSUE a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ,
order, or direction, thereby quashing and setting aside the Impugned Orders dated 16.04.2024 and 28.08.2025, passed by Respondent No. 2/NMA, whereby the Petitioner’s genuine and bonafide applications for grant of No Objection 50 Certificate (NOC) in respect of her residential property bearing No. 6/3, Singh Sabha Road, Shakti Nagar, Delhi– 110007 as well as the consequential Order for refusal of sanction dated 29.04.2024 passed by Respondent No. 4, have been arbitrarily and illegally rejected, in complete violation of statutory provisions and the principles of natural justice; b) ISSUE a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, This is a digitally signed order. or direction, thereby commanding Respondent No. 2/NMA and Respondent No. 4/MCD to consider and grant the requisite No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the Petitioner in respect of the aforesaid property in accordance with law, equity, and the principle of parity, as extended to other similarly situated property owners in the same locality; c) ISSUE a writ, order, or direction restraining Respondent No. 4/MCD, including its officers, employees, agents, or any person acting under its authority, from revoking the sanctioned building plan or taking any coercive or adverse action pursuant to the Show Cause Notice dated 21.03.2025, issued under Section 338 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, during the pendency and final adjudication of the present writ petition...”
2. Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this Court directs the competent authority/respondent no. 3 to treat the present petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner considering the grounds mentioned in the writ petition and decide the same by a reasoned
order within a period of six weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner and this Court.
3. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, in case the need so arises, by way of filing a fresh writ petition.
4. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of.
