Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs by quashing the order no. 17786 dated 23.7.2021 under Annexure-5 And further be pleased to direct the opp.parties to bring the petitioner to regular establishment with retrospective effect And further be pleased to direct the opp.parties to disburse regular salary of the petitioner w.e.f..1.3.2009 to February 2010 And further be pleased to direct the opp.parties to disburse the pension and pensionary benefit in favour of the petitioner as per OCS Pension Rule 1992 as has been granted to similar circumstance person. Or pass such other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. And for which act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”. 4. Basing on the order passed by this Court on 18.08.2025, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State fairly contended that the issue involved in the present case is covered by an order passed on 18.11.2022 in W.P.(C) No.29993 of 2022 so confirmed by the Apex Court while dismissing SLP (Civil) Diary No.12669 of 2024 vide order dtd.24.07.2025. 5. Considering the submissions made, this Court while quashing the impugned order dtd.23.07.2021 so passed by Opposite Party No.1 under Annexure-5, dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the order dtd.18.11.2022. 6.
