Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 121(1), 132, 262, 263, 352, 3(5) Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 21(b), 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3. As per F.I.R., on secret information, a raid was conducted at Hajipur tea stall where 3.2 liters Codine syrup was recovered and co-accused Sahabul was apprehended on the spot. Thereafter, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, surrounded and attacked the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53148 of 2025(2) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 police party and got the apprehended co-accused freed from police custody. 4.
