This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 30.09.2010 passed by the learned SDJM, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 386 of 2010. The impugned order is of the year 2010 and the same has been challenged in this Court after a delay of nine years in the year 2019. In view of the above, these applications are dismissed on the ground of delay and latches only. It is made clear that this Court has not applied its mind on the merits of this case.
