This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and quash the entire proceedings in Case No. RST/00261 of 2020 (Computer Case No. T202002030500261) Mohd. Kasim Versus Satish Kumar under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the Naib Tahsildar (Sadar), Tahsil and District Prayagraj (Respondent No. 4). ii. to stay the proceedings in Case No. RST/00261 of 2020 (Computer Case No. T202002030500261) Mohd. Kasim Versus Satish Kumar under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the Naib Tehsildar (Sadar), Tehsil and District Prayagraj (Respondent No. 4) during pendency of the instant writ petition." 3. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it is evident that the same cannot be granted as the proceedings are pending consideration before authorities concerned. If the petitioner has any grievance, he may raise the same before the authority concerned. 4. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
