This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘BNSS’), for anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.180 dated 07.05.2025 under Sections 121(1), 126, 190, 191(3), 221, 303, 324(4), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘BNS’) and Section 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals Act, Police Station Pinjore District Panchkula. 2. Vide order dated 27.05.2025, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail on furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Area Magistrate. It was also directed that the petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating/Arresting Officer. 3.
