UT of J&K”, pending before Designated Court under NDPS Act, Anantnag, arising out of FIR No. 85/2023, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 8/21-29 NDPS Act, 3/181, 146/196 of Motor Vehicle Act, registered against the petitioner herein, at Police Station, Bijbehara. The interim bail has been extended from time to time, with a direction to report with regard to conduct of the petitioner after grant of bail. No adverse conduct has been reported despite directions.
