Heard learned Advocates for the parties. 2. We have considered the materials on record. A large volume of phensedyl syrup was recovered from co-accused Riaz Sk. Petitioner’s complicity transpired from statement of the said accused. Petitioner had absconded and proclamation/attachment have been issued against him. 3. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. Application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. (Subhendu Samanta, J.)
