The petitioners seek the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in a case bearing FIR No.111 dated 25.04.2025 under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 3(5) and Section 305, 324(4) (added later on) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana, District Police Commissionerate. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 04.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 04.06.2025 and are not required for custodial interrogation.
