Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the present petition may kindly be allowed and order/judgment dated 25.04.2022 passed by the Ld. Civil judge, Court No. (8) in CMA NO. 508/2020 in Civil Suit No. 42/2020 titled as Sarojini Sareen Versus M C Shimla and Anr. and order /judgement dated 14.10.2022 passed by the Ld. District Judge, Shimla in the case of MC Shimla Versus Sarojini Sareen and another in appeal No. 17-S/14 of 2022, may kindly be quashed and set aside, in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. The case is stated to be at the stage of arguments. It is further clarified that in the course of adjudication of the civil suit, learned Trial Court shall not be influenced by any of the observations which have been made by either learned Trial court or the learned Appellate Court in the orders under challenge.
