JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 08-09-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. 2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case No.19 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 178, 179, 180, 318(4) & 3(5) of BNS. 3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, Rs.53,000/- Nepali counterfeit currency, Rs.23,300/- Indian counterfeit currency and 2200/- real Indian currency were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Considering the allegation regarding transaction of counterfeit currency at the Indo-Nepal boarder, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. 4.
