The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.05 dated 23.01.2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 333, 324(4), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Jhander, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Vide order dated 27.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation on 01.06.2025 and he is not required for custodial interrogation. Recovery has not been effected from the petitioner. 5.
