This petition has been filed with the prayer to restrain the respondent Nagar Palika Parishad, Amroha, District Amroha from demolishing the petitioners' construction and remove their possession over Plot No.364M area 0.03 decimal situated at Village Gulariya, Tehsil Amroha, District Amroha. Taking note of such grievance we, on the previous occasion, had called upon learned counsel for the concerned local body to obtain instructions. Sri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of instructions obtained from respondent nos.3 and 4 states that as of now there is no proposal to demolish any of the petitioners' construction or to dispossess the petitioners from the property in question. A further statement is made that if such an occasion does arise the authority concerned shall pass appropriate orders and only then shall proceed, as per law. In view of the stand so taken by the respondents, we do not find any occasion to proceed any further with the writ, at this stage. Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
