It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that in the second paragraph of the order passed by this Bench on 18th August, 2025, an inadvertent mistake has been cropped up that ‘learned Chief Judicial Magistrate’ shall be replaced with ‘learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate’. 2. Accordingly, let the ‘learned Chief Judicial Magistrate’ in the second paragraph of the said order be read as ‘learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate’.
