This petition has been filed on behalf of Managing Director of Central Cooperative Bank, Aurangabad for modification of order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 86421 of 2024, on the ground that this petitioner be directed to deposit only his share of amount and rest of the defalcated amount be paid by other co-accused person(s). 3. From bare perusal of the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 86421 of 2024, the petitioner/Pradeep Kumar Singh was granted regular bail, in the light of order Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54195 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 dated 17.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11006 of 2025 by this Court, whereby on the undertaking given by the said petitioner/Rakesh Kumar Singh that he was ready to deposit the defalcated amount, the aforesaid order was passed. Therefore, order impugned i.e. order dated 09.05.2025 requires no modification at the instance of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no locus standi to seek modification of either of the orders i.e. order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 86421 of 2024 (Pradeep Kumar Singh v. The State of Bihar) or order dated 17.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11006 of 2025 (Rakesh Kumar Singh v. The State of Bihar). 4.
