1. Since these four bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and
disposed of by this common order with the consent of the
learned counsel for the parties.
2. These are bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Sheragada PS Case No.376 of 2025 corresponding to GR Case No.424 of 2025 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Sheragada for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.296/ 115(2)/ 103(1)/ 117(2)/ 190/191(2)/191(3) of BNS, on the main allegation of hacking the deceased Chandan Bisoyi to death by conjointly assaulting him with lethal weapons along with co-accused persons.

Heard, Mr. Jyotirmaya Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioners in BLAPL Nos. 13890, 13891 of 2025 & 296 of 2026; Mr. Devasish Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner in BLAPL No. 607 of 2026; Mr. Sidhartha Sankar Ray(2), learned counsel for the informant in BLAPL No. 13890 of 2025 & BLAPL No.607 of 2026 and Mr. M.R. Patra, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record.

After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the materials placed on record together with the cause of death of the deceased and keeping in view the other circumstances on record in entirety and there being eye witness account to the occurrence and keeping in view the role as alleged against each of the Petitioners in the transaction, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioners at this stage.
Hence, these four bail applications of the petitioners stand rejected. Accordingly, these BLAPL Nos.13890 & 13891 of 2025 and BLAPL Nos. 296 & 607 of 2026 stand disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the learned trial Court.
