None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The learned State Counsel has pointed out that the injuries suffered were caused by a gunshot. 4. In view of the above, the question of quashing of the FIR on the basis of a compromise does not arise and therefore, the present petition stands dismissed. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
