After end of the argument, this Court is not at all agreed with any of the submissions so canvassed by learned advocate Mr.Mangukiya. Learned advocate Mr.Mangukiya requests to C/AO/196/2025 ORDER DATED: 23/09/2025 make the reasoned order available by evening, which this Court will try to do that but considering the fact that this Court sat at 10:00 a.m. in the morning and rest of the admission matters listed before this Court are yet to be taken up, therefore, the operative order of appeal is pronounced at this stage and the reasoned order will follow in due course. The appeal is dismissed with costs of Rs.1,00,000/- to be deposited by the original plaintiff with DLSA, Ahmedabad City. The Civil Application is also disposed of accordingly.
