In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to private respondent. 3. Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2025. 4. It is alleged that the respondent nos. 6 to 8 are running a company in the name and style of M/s Banke Bihari Steel Fabrication ADR Vishwas, Hasayan, Pargana and Tehsil Sikandrarau, Hathras and they are making a high security lock and safe for which they are using heavy machines. It is further alleged that the said company is running without having any NOC, in the residential area, which is adjacent to the house of petitioner and due to which the house of petitioner being ruined on account of use of heavy machinery. It is contended that for redressal of grievance, petitioner moved an application to the Superintendent of Police, Hathras on 23.04.2025, but till date no action has been taken in the matter. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no. 3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Hathras to consider and decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 23.04.2025 strictly in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter specially respondent nos. 6 to 8.
