JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 25/04/2025
1. The instant writ petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 12.12.2024 passed by the Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan-II, by which the application submitted by the petitioners for granting an opportunity to produce their evidence has been rejected. 2. Counsel submits that the evidence could not be recorded due to the reasons beyond control of the petitioners, but these facts were overlooked by the Tribunal while rejecting the application. Counsel submits that during pendency of this petition, the final order of eviction of the petitioners has been passed by the Tribunal, so under these circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. Counsel further submits that a liberty be granted to the petitioners to take all the grounds, which are taken in this petition, in the appeal before the Rent Appellate Tribunal. 3.
