This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1779 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. In a complaint case, there is no scope of investigating, far less custodial interrogation. As the cognizance is taken, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
