By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent no.2 to dispose of the pending disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner initiated pursuant to the charge-sheet dated 20.08.2013 to which petitioner have already submitted reply on 09.09.2013. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2023 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months of production of certified copy of this order provided petitioner cooperates. 5.
