Hon'ble Anish Kumar Gupta,J. 1. The petitioner has prayed for quashing of a notice dated 27.3.2025 issued by respondent no. 3. 2. The notice in question is a public notice and it states that certain land is under acquisition and therefore, no building plan would be sanctioned in respect of the said land. 3. The petitioners have filed a representation before the District Magistrate with the prayer that without acquisition their lands should not be taken. The prayer made in the instant petition is also for issuing direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the said representation. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents should not dispossess the petitioners without acquisition of their land. 5. As we find that public notice itself mentions that the properties are under acquisition, therefore it is explicit that respondents would take possession of the land only after acquiring title by mode recognized under law and not by force. 6.
