No. CAN 2 OF 2024 --------- This is an application praying for re-imposition of an interim order dated May 17, 2023. The interim order was last extended by an order dated May 9, 2023 till June 30, 2024 or until further order, whichever is earlier. Since the interim order had been continuing since 2023 and the affidavits are complete in the writ petition and the same is otherwise ready for hearing, for the ends of justice, the original interim order passed on May 17, 2023 and extended on May 9, 2023 stands re- imposed till December 15, 2024 or until further order, whichever is earlier. 2 On the prayer of Mr. Aniruddha Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, time to file affidavit- in-reply stands extended till today and the affidavit-in- reply filed today in Court is taken on record in the main writ petition.
