For the State : Mr. Pankaj Kumar, PP 02 / 06.03.2025 Heard the parties. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 403 of 2024 registered under Sections 316 (2), 316 (3), 61, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners in criminal conspiracy with the co-accused person, has taken Rs. 2,50,000/- from the informant and others for arranging jobs for them but has cheated and committed criminal breach of trust. It is then submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are all false and there is no document to show the entrustment of any money to the petitioners.
