The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 17.12.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 8, Bareilly in Session Trial No. 313 of 2024, (State Vs. Anees Kayda Ansari and others) arising out of Criminal Case No. 4058 of 2021 in Case Crime No. 36 of 2020, under Sections 324, 323, 504, 308 of I.P.C., Police Station- Bhojpura, District- Bareilly, whereby the discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
