1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case no.53 of 2025 registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 223, 121(2), 192, 174, 262, 117(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 62, 324(5), 125, 61(2), 352, 351(2) and 351(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Subsequently, section 132 was inserted in place of section 192 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 . 3. As per the prosecution case, 36 named accused persons including the three petitioners herein as also 80-100

No.55481 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/3 unknown persons are said to have surrounded the police station and of having pelted bricks and stones due to which several police personnel received serious injuries. A number of accused persons were identified by the choukidar and which included the petitioners herein. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case at the instance of the choukidar because of their strained relationship with him. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The case of the petitioners stands of a similar footing to that of other co-accused who have been enlarged on anticipatory bail including the accused in order dated 12.8.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no.51525 of 2025. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and undertake to cooperate in the investigation/trial. 5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State. 6.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioners in the F.I.R., the allegations being general and omnibus in nature, grant of bail to similarly situated co-accused vide aforesaid order dated 12.8.2025 and the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that all the petitioners
