By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent no.2 to consider his request of transfer on ground of her ailing mother. It is submitted that the petitioner has made a representation in the above regard on 07.01.2025 but till date no order has been passed. 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 07.01.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
