P. -------- 04/ Dated 31.07.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 80(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of Smt. S.V. Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Latehar. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Hasina Khatoon, who committed suicide in her matrimonial home by hanging herself. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the room in which the deceased committed suicide, was bolted from inside. The witnesses had stated that the deceased had committed suicide due to the family dispute with the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. S.V. Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Latehar, in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
