The operative portion of the order dated 23.11.2017 reads as under: 2 “Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that if service condition of the petitioner is adversely affected on account of any action taken by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition challenging the same.” 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. In W.P.S. No. 2424/2024 filed by the petitioner, It has been specifically mentioned that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the service condition of the petitioner is not being adversely affected and the service record of the petitioner will be kept where he is presently working and that the respondent/authority has passed the order on 01.03.2024 (Annexure C/2). 4. If the service condition of the petitioner is adversely affected, he has been granted liberty by this Court that he may challenge the same by filing petition afresh and therefore there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. The Contempt petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid observation at the admission stage.
