For the Respondent: Mr.Hitesh Kumar, Advocate. Vivek Singh Thakur, J (Oral) Mr.Y.P. Sood, Advocate, who was representing the appellant, submits that after receiving information about death of the appellant, he has tried his best to contact legal heirs of the appellant, but till date, no one has come forward and, therefore, he is not in a position to take appropriate steps on account of death of the appellant.
2. In view of above, present appeal is disposed of being abated. Needless to say that legal heirs of the appellant, for showing sufficient reasonable and justifiable cause for non appearance or not contacting the counsel, may approach the Court for revival of the appeal.
