JUSTICE S. B. PD. SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 289 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 352, 351(2), 351(3), 316(2), 318(4), 221, 132, 308(2), 121(1) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that a person namely Sonu Chandravanshi, who is engaged in brokerage work, frequently loiters unnecessarily around the Zonal Office premises. He intimidates revenue employees and office staff, coercing them to engage in illegal activities. When the employees refuse to comply with his demands, he verbally abuses them. Furthermore, he extorts money from innocent farmers by falsely assuring them of

Recently, he verbally abused revenue officials Ritesh Kumar and Kamlesh Mahato and threatened to kill them. By fabricating false evidence makes obstruction in government works. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has committed no offence rather he has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of mischief mongers of locality and allegations as alleged against him are totally false and concocted. Learned counsel further submits that the allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature, without any specific overt act attributed to him. Petitioner has clean antecedent. 5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail. 7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in
