Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:90967-DB Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 17807 of 2025 Petitioner :- Manoj Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ramesh Kumar Shukla,Saurabh Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J. Hon'ble Arun Kumar Singh Deshwal,J. Heard the counsel for the petitioner. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 9.4.2025 and 21.4.2025 passed by the respondent nos. 3 and 4 respectively, i.e., the Deputy Director, Fisheries Lucknow Division, Lucknow and the Deputy Director, Fisheries Basti Division, Basti whereby as an interim arrangement, the petitioner has been removed as the Secretary of the Society and the respondent no. 6 has been directed to take over the functions of the Secretary of the Society. The respondent no. 6 had previously functioned as Secretary of the Society. It appears from a reading of the orders that they have been passed after serious complaints were made against the petitioner. The orders specifically record that a decision shall be taken regarding the functioning of the Secretary after the elections of the Society are over. As the orders only make a temporary arrangement till the elections are over and have been made after considering the serious complaints against the petitioner, we do not find any illegality or arbitrariness in the aforesaid impugned orders so as to occasion interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 28.5.2025 Satyam Digitally signed by :- SATYAM AGRAHARI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
