On perusal of the order dated 7th August, 2025, it is revealed that in the fourth and ninth line of the second paragraph of the first page instead of “2019” in the instant writ petition, it should be read as “2009”. The other portion of the order dated 7th August, 2025 shall remain the same. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
