The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jasidih Rail P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024, S.T. Case No.322 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 317(4), 317(5) & 3(5) of B.N.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 9885/2024, by order dated 29.11.2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. On 05.07.2024 at about 2:10 A.M., co-accused Raju Turi was apprehended from Platform No.1 of Jasidih Railway Station. On his confession, the petitioner was also arrested and on search, mobile phone and silver ornaments were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2024. It was further submitted that nobody has claimed the stolen articles. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar, in connection with Jasidih Rail P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024, S.T. Case No.322 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
