There is a matrimonial feud between the petitioner and the private respondent no.4. To that effect Bally Police Station case no. 54/25 dated 23.04.2025 has been registered for investigation. Petitioner claims that he is aged about 69 years and is unable to enter the residence. It is also contended that after 34 years of marriage such a case has been instituted at the instance of the wife. Petitioner had been staying at the residence but presently after the criminal case has been registered he is facing inconvenience. Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. If the petitioner enters his residence, then in that case police authorities would ensure that there are no inconveniences caused to him. However, the petitioner will abide by the conditions of bail and will not interfere 2 with the de-facto complainant of Bally PS Case no. 54/25 dated 23.04.2025. To that effect, if required, the Officer- in-Charge of Bally police station will engage a lady police personnel who would for every alternate day for a period of 15 days visit and ensure that no untoward incident has been taken place. With the aforesaid observations WPA 11297 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
