After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that as regards the grievances mentioned in the petition, the petitioner(s) has already sent a representation dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P-18) to respondent No.3 and he would be satisfied, in case, the said respondent is directed to consider and decide the said representation by passing a well reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner. Upon receipt of the said verification report, Respondent No.3 – Director General, Human Resources Department (Common Cadre Group-D), Haryana, shall consider and decide the representation dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P-18) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties, in accordance with law, within a further period of 01 month thereafter.
